1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing snoutsync.in, joining the waitlist, or using any SnoutSync product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 June 2026. The rules of engagement for everyone who uses SnoutSync.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. Businesses signing up (vets, groomers, stores, trainers, breeders) represent that they have authority to bind the business to these Terms.
3. Waitlist & early access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access on any specific date. Referral codes and positions are issued at our discretion and may change. Founding Member benefits, when offered, are subject to separate terms presented at the time of enrollment.
4. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@snoutsync.com of any unauthorized use.
5. User content & licenses
You retain ownership of content you post (pet photos, reviews, community posts). You grant SnoutSync a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Services. You represent that you have rights to all content you post.
6. Verified businesses
Listings marked "Verified" have completed our verification process (KYC, license check, address verification). Verification reflects information available at the time of review and does not constitute SnoutSync's endorsement of the business's services, advice or outcomes. Always use professional judgment when choosing a vet or other pet professional.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not: post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content; impersonate any person or business; scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Services; sell live animals through SnoutSync except where explicitly permitted via the verified Breeder program; use the Services to spam, phish, or distribute malware; or violate the Community Guidelines.
8. Payments
Paid features (Founding Membership, business subscriptions, bookings) are billed in Indian Rupees and processed via our payment partners. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in a specific plan's refund policy. Taxes (GST) will be charged as applicable.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, harm other users, or use the Services unlawfully. You may delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@snoutsync.com.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". SnoutSync does not provide veterinary, medical, or professional advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for pet health decisions. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnoutSync and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services will not exceed the greater of ₹5,000 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SnoutSync against any claim arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or WhatsApp at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
