SnoutSync's Founding Members program is a one-time, capped cohort. It exists to recognise the pet parents and pet businesses who chose to back a verified ecosystem before it was the obvious choice — and to give that cohort a permanent place inside the product. Membership is not a subscription, not a discount and not a trial. It is a lifetime status, granted only once, recorded on your profile, and visible to every future member who arrives after you.
Founder profiles carry a verified founder badge for life. You appear inside the Founder Wall, are listed on the city leaderboards for the cohort year, and unlock founder-only filters when browsing communities, businesses and events. Founding pet businesses receive a permanent founder badge on their listing — a credibility signal that no later business can buy.
Every feature SnoutSync ships at launch — Pet Passport, verified communities, business discovery, smart matching, bookings, events — is included for founding members for life. Future premium features that launch on a paid tier are unlocked for founders by default, with no upgrade required and no recurring billing tied to your founder status.
Founders are the first to receive new features, the first to be invited to closed beta tracks, and the first to vote on roadmap decisions through the founder council. Priority customer support, priority bookings during peak weekends, and priority placement in city launch events are all built into the program from day one.
Every founding member receives a physical collector's pack — a numbered membership card, a pet ID tag engraved with your SnoutSync handle, and a welcome kit posted to your home. The collector pack is produced exactly once, in the size of the cohort. It will never be reissued.
A founding cohort only means something if it stays small enough to be a community in its own right. One thousand pet parents and pet businesses is enough to seed every launch city with real density — and small enough that every founder can be recognised, supported and consulted as the ecosystem grows.
